  • Can I custom an arrangement?
    Yes! We specialize in custom-made floral designs tailored to your occasion. Simply reach out to us, and we'll create something unique just for you.
  • Will my arrangement look exactly like the picture online?
    We strive to recreate each arrangement as closely as possible to the image. However, due to seasonal availability and the freshness of flowers, some variations may occur. Rest assured, the overall style and beauty will remain the same.
  • What areas do you deliver to?
    We deliver across several areas of Miami, delivery fees may apply depending on the location. You can also pick up your order from our studio free of charge (12920 SW 83 CT Pinecrest, FL 33156).
  • Is it possible to request a delivery time?
    We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, because of multiple variables, we DO NOT GUARANTEE deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays, please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.
  • How can I check the status of my delivery?
    Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues or delays, we will notify you via phone or email.
  • Can I request a specific delivery time?
    For non-local deliveries, you can request a specific time in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it, though we can't guarantee exact delivery times.
  • What happens if the recipient is not home?
    If no one is home to receive the flowers, we may leave them with a neighbor or in a safe location with the recipient's approval. We will also leave a note or give the recipient a call to notify them.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover. Our online shop allows you to place orders anytime.
  • How can I give my flowers a longer life?
    Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit). Flower Boxes: Add a cup of water (tea cup) every other day from the middle into the base of the box. If needed, re-cut the stems by removing one inch with a sharp knife at a 45 degree angle then place back into the water absorbed foam. Remove fading blooms and foliage. Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck fading flowers off the stem.
  • Can I return or request a refund for my flowers?
    We want you to love your flowers. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within the same day with a photo of the arrangement. We will either replace the arrangement or issue a refund if necessary.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    We have some models that can be shipped the same day, check the website to see which models they are.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to a 20% fee.
